Dr. Jessica Hayate brings a lifelong passion for dentistry to her practice, inspired by her father and brother, both dentists. She began her dental journey at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she graduated in 2013, and later enhanced her clinical expertise by earning her degree from the Université de la Méditerranée in France in 2018.

Dr. Scott Spencer graduated from Nova Southeastern University with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon graduation, he moved to western Pennsylvania to complete his orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. There, he earned a certificate in Dentofacial Orthopedics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, which continues to fuel his interest in horticulture.

Dr. Spencer is a member of the America Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Spencer is also board-eligible, having passed the American Board of Orthodontics written exam.

A native Floridian, Dr. Spencer is happy to practice close to his hometown, Boynton Beach. He lives nearby with his wife, Heather, and their two boys, Cam and Blake. He enjoys coaching youth soccer and youth baseball. Dr. Spencer likes to fish and relax with his family in his spare time.

Dr. Paul Seider is a highly qualified and skilled oral surgeon practicing in the Fort Lauderdale area. Following his graduation from Dental School, Dr. Seider completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery internship at the world renowned Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. He then completed a 4 year Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City where he was trained in the full scope of oral & maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Carter is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences. At UF, he excelled as a student leader. His superior campus and community involvement allowed him to receive the highest student recognition, induction into the UF Student Hall of Fame. He went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, on a U.S. Air Force scholarship. He continued to shine as a student leader, serving as the national treasurer for the Student National Dental Association. He also earned multiple awards, including Dean’s Community Service Award and the Delta Dental Student Leader Award.

After dental school, Dr. Carter was commissioned as a dental corps officer in the U.S. Air Force and attended an advanced education in general dentistry residency at Keesler Air Force Base.

After five years of honorable service, Dr. Carter decided to leave active duty to pursue his passion for endodontics. He received his endodontic training at the Department of Veteran Affairs program in Manhattan, where he operated as chief resident of the entire dental service. He was also adjunct faculty for NYU’s dental school, teaching dental students the art of root canals.

After residency, Dr. Carter worked at a thriving endodontic practice in Long Island, NY. During this time, Dr. Carter continued to serve as a major in the New York Air National Guard, where he acted as chief of dental services at the 106th Rescue Wing in Westhampton Beach, NY. After another five years of service in the Air National Guard, which included a six-month deployment to Kuwait, Dr. Carter decided to move back to his childhood home of South Florida.

Dr. Carter is board certified endodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is skilled in a full range of endodontic procedures, and he strives to make every patient feel at ease about root canal treatment. When he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and eating!

Dr. Nina Cunningham is a periodontist specializing in implant dentistry, periodontal resective and regenerative surgery techniques, and periodontal plastic surgery. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in 2007 and moved to the U.S. in 2009 to be with her husband. In 2012, she graduated as Valedictorian of her dental class from Nova Southeastern University located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after completing the International Dental Graduate Program.

Dr. Cunningham went on to successfully complete a 3-year postgraduate program in Periodontics and Implant dentistry as well as a Master’s degree in Periodontics at Nova Southeastern University. She is well-versed in esthetic treatment planning, crown lengthening procedures, and gum-grafting using established and advanced tunneling techniques. Nina strongly believes in consistent, open communication between dental professionals to achieve the best results for her patients.

As a periodontist, Nina Cunningham enjoys improving her patients’ smiles and general well-being by treating health-related problems caused by periodontal disease. She believes that each patient deserves a comfortable and pleasant experience. Nina lives with her 6-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, and husband in Fort Lauderdale, where they enjoy riding their bicycles to the beach, visiting her family in Germany, and spending time with family and friends.
