Dr. Kimberly Baumgardner grew up in San Diego, CA, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biology. She began her career conducting biology research at the University of California, San Diego, but soon discovered a more profound calling to serve others. Her volunteer work at free dental clinics and a humanitarian mission with the U.S. Navy sparked a passion for dentistry, inspiring her to pursue a career in the field. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in 2019.

Following dental school, Dr. Baumgardner dedicated the next five years to serving as a dentist in the United States Army. Her military service allowed her to provide essential dental care to service members while honing her skills in a wide range of dental procedures. Through her experience in the Army, she developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care and the importance of oral health in overall well-being.

Dr. Baumgardner recently moved to South Florida to be closer to her family and embrace a new chapter in her career. As a new resident, she enjoys exploring the area and all it has to offer. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, playing with her beloved dog, Sophia, reading, and discovering new places in her community.

Dr. Ricardo Chang is a certified specialist in orthodontics and has been creating perfect smiles for many years. He draws from his extensive training and experience in general dentistry and orthodontics when providing comprehensive care for his patients.

Dr. Chang migrated from Jamaica to Miami, Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Florida International University. Dr. Chang graduated top of his class with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Howard University. After that, he completed a General Practice Residency at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Chang received his specialty certification in orthodontics after two years of intensive training at the University of Colorado Denver School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Chang is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in orthodontics and clear aligners such as Clear Correct. He has completed training in iBraces (Incognito braces), Damon System self-ligating orthodontic appliances, and temporary anchorage devices (miniscrews). Dr. Chang understands that orthodontics is a changing field, with new research and techniques being developed all the time. To provide the best and most innovative care available, he attends continuing education courses annually throughout the country.

Dr. Chang feels it is essential to treat each case individually and spend time with each patient at every visit. He also believes in educating his patients and communicating all aspects of their orthodontic treatment. This ensures excellent clinical care and often a shorter treatment time for his patients. During his leisure time, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places, and listening to all types of music.

Dr. Alex Margolis graduated from the prestigious University of Florida and further pursued his studies at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. His journey continued with medical school at New York University, and he excelled during his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at New York University and Bellevue Hospital Center.

Dr. Margolis demonstrated his commitment to serving the less fortunate and our honored veterans at the Manhattan VA hospital throughout his residency. As a proud member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association, he remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of his field.

Dr. Margolis takes pride in maintaining multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is particularly passionate about various aspects of oral surgery, such as dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, benign pathology removal, facial trauma care, and providing general anesthesia to ensure his patients’ utmost comfort.

What sets Dr. Margolis apart is his exceptional medical expertise and his empathetic and caring nature. He genuinely strives to alleviate his patients’ pain and anxiety. Even under the most challenging circumstances, he remains composed, which greatly reassures and comforts his patients.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Margolis enjoys spending quality time with his beloved family. His wife, Cheri, and their two young children, Aviva and Aidan, and their furry companion Niko, bring immense joy to his life. While his love for sports is evident, he also delights in culinary adventures and exploring new places, as evidenced by his impressive 30 cruises.

Dr. Richard Williams is a dedicated pediatric dentist with a deep passion for children’s dental health. He began his academic journey at Nova Southeastern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Driven by his dream of becoming a dentist, Dr. Williams pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville. After several years of practicing as a general dentist, his passion for pediatric dentistry led him back to the University of Florida, where he completed an intensive residency in pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Williams is committed to creating positive and comfortable dental experiences for children of all ages, ensuring they maintain beautiful and healthy smiles. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a testament to his expertise and dedication in the field.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Williams treasures spending time with his family. Together, they enjoy watching and playing sports, hiking, camping, traveling, and watching movies. A soccer enthusiast, Dr. Williams is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
