Dr. Stephen Mangan has been dedicated to the art and science of dentistry for over a decade. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, graduating at the top of his class. Motivated by a deep commitment to preserving natural teeth and further advancing his skills, he continued his education at Nova, completing a residency in Endodontics in 2010—again graduating at the top of his class.

Dr. Mangan has a strong passion for the evolving field of endodontics, particularly in regenerative endodontics. He has conducted and completed research in this groundbreaking area, focusing on revitalizing and preserving teeth that might otherwise be lost. His goal is to provide the highest quality of care using advanced, evidence-based techniques that prioritize long-term dental health.

What drives Dr. Mangan most is his commitment to helping people. To him, every tooth saved is not just a clinical achievement but a contribution to a patient’s overall health, confidence, and well-being. He is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, where trust and education are just as essential as technical skill.

Dr. Andrew Demos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics.

While in school, Dr. Demos received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and the Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.

Dr. Demos prides himself on being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for his care and compassion toward his patients.

Dr. Sonia Olivares is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles through personalized, high-quality care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout their dental experience.

As a general dentist, Dr. Olivares has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry and completed advanced training through the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) in full mouth reconstruction and TMJ treatment. Her neuromuscular dentistry background allows her to provide comprehensive care focused on both oral health and function.

Throughout her career, Dr. Olivares has embraced advanced technology and modern techniques to enhance patient care. She has also dedicated years to treating patients with halitosis (chronic bad breath) and remains committed to providing individualized treatment that helps patients improve their oral health, comfort, and confidence.
