Hailey Molina, DMD
General DentistDr. Hailey Molina is a general dentist passionate about restoring smiles and helping patients regain their confidence through comprehensive smile rehabilitation. She believes dentistry is about more than just fixing teeth; it’s about restoring smiles, function, and quality of life.
A proud south Florida native, Dr. Molina earned her Bachelor of Science in Premedical Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology, where she was a decorated collegiate softball player, receiving honors such as Female Athlete of the Year, All-Conference honors, and recognition on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she participated in numerous outreach and leadership programs, and most notably served as President of the American Association of Women Dentists and.
Dr. Molina found her way into dentistry after a softball injury at age ten left her with a smile she hated and a shattered sense of confidence. The dentist who repaired her smile changed her life, and inspired her to do the same for others.
Known for her lighthearted, laid-back personality, Dr. Molina creates a calm, comfortable experience for her patients. As someone who once feared the dentist herself, she understands what it’s like to be in the chair and makes it her goal to ensure every patient feels understood, cared for, and at ease.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Molina enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, staying active in the gym, and playing in local softball leagues.
Axel Martinez, DMD
General DentistDr. Axel Martinez, a Puerto Rican native, earned his Dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1996. He pursued further education through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program with the University Hospital in conjunction with the University of Louisville. Dr. Martinez also expanded his knowledge in implantology by taking various private courses and joining the Intracoastal Study club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which invited esteemed speakers in American Dentistry to keep the South Florida Dental community updated with the latest technology.
As a compassionate professional, Dr. Martinez has worked in rural areas to provide care for those in need, served as a provider for patients with HIV, and assisted soldiers getting ready for deployment during his tenure in the United States Navy, where he earned a medal of achievement within his first year for modernizing their outdated radiography systems.
Dr. Martinez’s artistic talents extend beyond his profession, as he is renowned worldwide for his sculptural and contemporary portraiture work. He actively teaches and mentors painters of all levels of expertise at Bold School Inc. His artwork has been featured in local galleries and has won Best in Show for his portraiture and honorable mention for his pottery skills.
Dr. Martinez’s inquisitive mind and love for the arts drew him to the practice of dentistry, where he found a niche to showcase his intellectual and artistic abilities. Patients appreciate his gentle touch and chair-side manner, which have been attributed to his success as an associate at Galt Family Dentistry in Fort Lauderdale for four years before opening his own private practice in Wilton Manors. After serving the community for several years, he sold his practice in 2020 to pursue his dream of building a vacation home but continued to provide temporary dental services for dentists on extended leave at Tomalty Dental Group in Boca Raton.

Adam Schuessler, DMD
Oral SurgeonDr. Adam Schuessler is a board-certified, dual-degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Florida. Dr. Schuessler completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida. He continued his training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Afterward, Dr. Schuessler trained at Kings County Hospital Center / SUNY Downstate Medical center for six years. During his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Schuessler performed various surgical procedures, such as dentoalveolar & 3rd molar surgery, IV sedation, advanced bone grafting, maxillofacial trauma and dental implants. Dr. Schuessler continues to attend multiple national courses to stay up to date with the latest information and advances in oral surgery & implant dentistry.
After completing his residency training, Dr. Schuessler wanted to provide the highest standard of care to his patients. He became board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The board certification process is a very demanding two-year process that includes a rigorous written qualifying exam followed by a comprehensive oral examination. This achievement demonstrates that a surgeon has achieved the highest level of clinical proficiency and knowledge in the field.
Nikolaos Gavrilis, DDS

Dr. Hauer received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida in 2016. Following dental school, Dr. Hauer moved to New York City and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center. He then began practice as a General Dentist in Boca Raton, FL.
In 2018, Dr. Hauer returned to The University of Florida and completed a rigorous, three-year residency program in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. After his residency program, he was awarded a Master of Science (MS) Degree in Dental Science. Also, he was awarded “The Golden Implant Award” by his instructors for his expertise in the field of Implant Dentistry. While at the University of Florida, Dr. Hauer participated in clinical research related to Diabetes and its relationship to Periodontal Disease.
Dr. Hauer is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Board of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, South Florida District Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, and Florida Association of Periodontists. He currently serves as President of the South Broward District Dental Association.
