Dr. Hailey Molina is a general dentist passionate about restoring smiles and helping patients regain their confidence through comprehensive smile rehabilitation. She believes dentistry is about more than just fixing teeth; it’s about restoring smiles, function, and quality of life.
A proud south Florida native, Dr. Molina earned her Bachelor of Science in Premedical Biology from the Florida Institute of Technology, where she was a decorated collegiate softball player, receiving honors such as Female Athlete of the Year, All-Conference honors, and recognition on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she participated in numerous outreach and leadership programs, and most notably served as President of the American Association of Women Dentists and.
Dr. Molina found her way into dentistry after a softball injury at age ten left her with a smile she hated and a shattered sense of confidence. The dentist who repaired her smile changed her life, and inspired her to do the same for others.
Known for her lighthearted, laid-back personality, Dr. Molina creates a calm, comfortable experience for her patients. As someone who once feared the dentist herself, she understands what it’s like to be in the chair and makes it her goal to ensure every patient feels understood, cared for, and at ease.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Molina enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, staying active in the gym, and playing in local softball leagues.
