Dr. Crystal Chaesun Lee is a compassionate and community-focused dentist dedicated to promoting oral health as a vital part of overall well-being. A graduate of Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2022, Dr. Lee brings both clinical excellence and a deep commitment to patient education and comfort. 

 While in dental school, Dr. Lee served as Vice President of the Asian American Dental Society and the Pediatric Dentistry Club for two years. She actively participated in outreach efforts, including organizing free dental cleanings and educational events through nonprofit organizations and volunteering with the Seattle King County Clinic, providing free dental care to underserved populations. 

 Dr. Lee is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, heard, and empowered in their care. She emphasizes a collaborative approach, working closely with both her team and patients to ensure optimal outcomes and build lasting trust. 

 Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Lee connects with a diverse patient base and strives to make every visit a positive and informative experience. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, searching for the best sourdough, baking, and staying active with her family. 

Dr. Sarah Mathew is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist based in Lake Mary, Florida. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from a reputable dental school and has been practicing dentistry for several years.

Throughout her career, Dr. Mathew has been dedicated to providing her patients with the highest level of care. She takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and goals. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles and is known for her compassionate and caring demeanor.

In addition to her commitment to patient care, Dr. Mathew is also dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in dental technology and techniques. She is a member of the American Dental Association and regularly attends continuing education courses to ensure that she provides the best possible care to her patients.

Dr. Mathew offers a wide range of dental services, such as regular check-ups, teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. She also provides services such as orthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics.

Dr. Richard R. Rolle, Jr. is an accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with deep Bahamian roots, born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. He now resides in Charlotte, NC, where he brings his extensive training and experience to the community.

Dr. Rolle earned his Bachelor of Arts in pre-professional studies and psychology from the University of Notre Dame, where he was also a proud member of the varsity football team under the leadership of legendary coach Lou Holtz from 1992–1996. Following his undergraduate studies, he completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee.

He went on to refine his expertise through an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his residency at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Throughout his career, Dr. Rolle has remained dedicated to delivering compassionate care and building lasting relationships with his patients. He takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable and well cared for while helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Mobeen Alvi, an Endodontist who specializes in root canals. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology. He received his dental training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his residency and advanced specialty training in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Alvi has performed over 10,000 successful root canal procedures using the surgical operating microscope. He has spent his career providing patients with exceptional compassionate care. The thought of a root canal can cause fear and anxiety. However, Dr. Alvi takes his time to listen his patients to understand their previous dental experiences to ensure the procedure is performed as comfortably and as painlessly as possible. Dr. Alvi holds memberships in the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), Florida Association of Endodontists (FAE) and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Alvi is married to his beautiful wife of over 10 years and they have 3 children together. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and he is an avid snowboarder. He roots for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles and the Orlando Magic!

Dr. Juan Valencia is a highly skilled periodontist with a passion for providing exceptional dental care. Originally from Cali, Colombia, he moved to Puerto Rico with his family at the age of thirteen. Driven by his dedication to dentistry, he completed his high school education in Puerto Rico and pursued his undergraduate and dental studies at the prestigious University of Puerto Rico.

In 2018, Dr. Valencia graduated as a dentist and embarked on a new chapter in Wisconsin, where he participated in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Marquette School of Dentistry. During this intensive program, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in various aspects of dentistry.

After completing the AEGD program, Dr. Valencia worked as a general dentist in Madison, Wisconsin, for a year. However, his passion for providing specialized care led him to pursue a career in periodontology. Following his ambition, he was fortunate enough to be accepted into Marquette’s prestigious three-year Periodontics program.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Valencia has a deep love for sports. “Futbol” (soccer) holds a special place in his heart, but he also enjoys basketball and football. In his leisure time, he can be found dancing merengue and salsa, showcasing his vibrant personality and love for Latin culture. During the summer, he delights in grilling Puerto Rican “pinchos” (skewers), creating memorable moments with family and friends.

Dr. Neil De Peralto is a proud graduate of an Ivy League Dental School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Driven by the pursuit of offering the most advanced dental treatments, he went on to study orthodontics at Howard University, graduating in 2006 with an orthodontic specialty certificate.

Dr. De Peralto’s interest in Orthodontics began when he was an orthodontic patient in high school. This experience fueled his passion for pursuing dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Sage and loves creating beautiful smiles for his patients.
