Dr. Ayleen Cirion graduated as a General Dentist from the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, in 2008. She completed two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at NOVA Southeastern University in 2019. She completed continuing education programs in the Mastership on Dental Emergencies, First Degree Specialist in General Dentistry, and Live Implant Training in Nicaragua.

Dr. Cirion’s passion for helping people through dentistry includes ongoing participation in international mission trips in 2012, 2017, and 2019 in South and Central America. She plans many more mission trips to help people and share her love of dentistry with the world.

Dr. Cirion is a member of many notable dental associations, including the American and Florida Dental Associations, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Cirion loves to enjoy the beauty of nature, riding her bike on the beach, swimming in the river, and watching the sunset. She loves spending time with her family and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Manuela Hurtado is a proud Miami native of Colombian descent whose journey in dentistry began more than a decade ago as a dental assistant. That early experience gave her valuable perspective into patient care and sparked her passion for clear, compassionate communication in dentistry. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University in 2019 before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 2024.

With a strong foundation built on both clinical expertise and patient-centered values, Dr. Hurtado is dedicated to bridging the gap between doctor and patient. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable, fully understand their treatment options, and are empowered to make confident decisions about their oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hurtado enjoys traveling to new places, exploring different cuisines, and spending quality time with her dogs. Whether at home in Miami or discovering a new corner of the world, she brings the same warmth, curiosity, and care that define her approach to her patients.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Hurtado is proud to serve a diverse community and help patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles.

Dr. Roeder is a board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, recently completing his residency training in 2025, and is proud to begin serving patients in the South Florida community.  He graduated from dental school at the University of Florida in 2017. With a strong foundation in both surgical expertise and compassionate care, he is dedicated to providing patients with a comfortable and informed experience—from wisdom tooth extractions to complex jaw surgery.

Dr. Roeder was drawn to dentistry early on, inspired by the unique blend of hands-on artistry, science, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. His commitment to patient-centered care led him to pursue oral surgery, where he combines technical precision with a calm, reassuring approach.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Roeder enjoys staying active through weight lifting, cooking, running, exploring the South Florida food scene, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also passionate about giving back, having volunteered on dental mission trips and community health outreach programs both locally and abroad. He speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Stephen Mangan has been dedicated to the art and science of dentistry for over a decade. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2007, graduating at the top of his class. Motivated by a deep commitment to preserving natural teeth and further advancing his skills, he continued his education at Nova, completing a residency in Endodontics in 2010—again graduating at the top of his class.

Dr. Mangan has a strong passion for the evolving field of endodontics, particularly in regenerative endodontics. He has conducted and completed research in this groundbreaking area, focusing on revitalizing and preserving teeth that might otherwise be lost. His goal is to provide the highest quality of care using advanced, evidence-based techniques that prioritize long-term dental health.

What drives Dr. Mangan most is his commitment to helping people. To him, every tooth saved is not just a clinical achievement but a contribution to a patient’s overall health, confidence, and well-being. He is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, where trust and education are just as essential as technical skill.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Mangan finds his greatest joy in spending time with his children. Whether exploring the outdoors or sharing a quiet family meal, those moments keep him grounded and inspired. While dentistry is his profession, being a father remains his greatest source of fulfillment.

Dr. Andrew Demos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Following college, Dr. Demos attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During this time, he realized his passion and love for the specialty of Orthodontics.

While in school, Dr. Demos received several honors, including the Clinical Excellence Award in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and the Divisional Excellence Award in Behavioral Science and Oral Biology. After dental school, Dr. Demos completed his orthodontic residency at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics.

Dr. Demos prides himself on being highly skilled in all areas of Orthodontics, and his fondness for his chosen profession is matched only by the quality of his work. In addition to Orthodontics, Dr. Demos is well known for his care and compassion toward his patients.
