Dr. Tenille Phang is a talented and highly educated dental professional passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. She is a 2009 graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, one of the premier dental schools in the country, where she received a comprehensive education in all aspects of dentistry.

Throughout her time at Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Phang excelled in her studies and received recognition for her clinical skills and dedication to patient care. She was active in student organizations and participated in numerous community outreach programs, further solidifying her commitment to providing high-quality dental care to underserved populations.  Dr. Phang later matriculated to Stonybrook University School of Dental Medicine – General Practice Resident/Chief resident.  There she trained extensively in dental implantology and providing full mouth rehabilitation to patients for better function as well as esthetics. She continues to take advanced education courses, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry. She is particularly interested in rebuilding patients smiles and maintaining  healthy mouths.

Dr. Phang is known for her gentle touch and compassionate approach to patient care. She takes the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and concerns and is committed to providing the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She is active member in the American Dental Association as well as the Florida Dental Association and continues to stay informed on any new advancements in all aspects of dentistry.

Dr. Spiro John Pantzoulas is a highly skilled and experienced dentist for Sage Dental. He received his dental degree from a reputable dental school and has been practicing dentistry for several years.

Dr. Pantzoulas is committed to providing his patients the highest level of care. He takes a patient-centered approach, working closely with each patient to understand their needs and goals. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful smiles and is known for his compassionate and caring demeanor.

Dr. Pantzoulas is well-versed in various dental procedures such as general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and orthodontics. He also provides teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants. He is skilled in providing cosmetic dental treatments such as teeth whitening and veneers.

In addition to his commitment to patient care, Dr. Pantzoulas is also dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advances in dental technology and techniques. Dr. Mobeen Alvi, an Endodontist who specializes in root canals. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology. He received his dental training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He completed his residency and advanced specialty training in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Alvi has performed over 10,000 successful root canal procedures using the surgical operating microscope. He has spent his career providing patients with exceptional compassionate care. The thought of a root canal can cause fear and anxiety. However, Dr. Alvi takes his time to listen his patients to understand their previous dental experiences to ensure the procedure is performed as comfortably and as painlessly as possible. Dr. Alvi holds memberships in the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), Florida Association of Endodontists (FAE) and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Alvi is married to his beautiful wife of over 10 years and they have 3 children together. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and he is an avid snowboarder. He roots for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles and the Orlando Magic!

Dental education has been at the core of Dr. Sixto Cornejo Zavala’s journey, and his pursuit of excellence has led him on a path that spans two continents. A native of Ecuador, he embarked on his dental education at the Catholic University of Guayaquil, graduating in June 2016.

Determined to broaden his horizons and deepen his knowledge, Dr. Cornejo made a significant move to the United States, specifically to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Here, he embarked on a specialized journey in Periodontics at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania, commencing on July 5th, 2017, and successfully completing his program on June 30th, 2020. Extraordinary challenges marked this period as the world grappled with the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating Dr. Cornejo’s resilience and determination in the face of adversity.

After conquering the field of Periodontics, Dr. Cornejo’s pursuit of dental excellence continued. He ventured to upstate New York, particularly to Rochester, where he pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. This comprehensive program, which took place from July 1st, 2020, to June 30th, 2022, further enhanced his skill set and versatility in dentistry.

Dr. Cornejo’s dedication extends beyond his professional journey. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling him to connect with a diverse range of patients and serve their dental needs effectively. His bilingual proficiency promotes effective communication and fosters a sense of inclusivity in his practice.

Dr. Lynda Butler is known for her calm, patient-centered approach and her commitment to helping individuals regain comfort, function, and confidence in their smiles. As a general dentist, she is especially passionate about caring for patients with dental anxiety and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Dr. Butler earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Spelman College before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Her education helped shape both her clinical expertise and her dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care.

Her clinical experience includes cosmetic and restorative dentistry, tooth replacement, and comprehensive treatment planning. Dr. Butler embraces modern technology to help guide more precise patient outcomes while providing personalized care for every patient. She believes that combining proven clinical techniques with ongoing advancements in dentistry can help create a smoother and more predictable treatment experience.

Dr. Neil De Peralto is a proud graduate of an Ivy League Dental School, the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2001 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Driven by the pursuit of offering the most advanced dental treatments, he went on to study orthodontics at Howard University, graduating in 2006 with an orthodontic specialty certificate.

Dr. De Peralto’s interest in Orthodontics began when he was an orthodontic patient in high school. This experience fueled his passion for pursuing dentistry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Sage and loves creating beautiful smiles for his patients.
