Dr. Diaa Ghabbour brings over two decades of experience in dentistry, specializing in sedation and helping patients with dental anxiety while providing exceptional, patient-centered care with a warm and compassionate approach. He earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of South Florida, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1999. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry/General Practice Residency (AEGD/GPR) at Shands Hospital in 2000, gaining advanced clinical training. To better serve patients with dental anxiety, he pursued additional training in mild to moderate conscious sedation.

Committed to community service, Dr. Ghabbour spent summers during dental school providing care in Haiti and remains active in local outreach programs. He is also passionate about mentoring young dentists, guiding them in clinical skills and practice management.

Known for his warm demeanor and chairside humor, Dr. Ghabbour strives to make every dental visit comfortable and stress-free. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and four children. He is fluent in English and Arabic and speaks some Spanish.

Dr. Javier Rebolledo, known to many patients as “Dr. J,” is a general dentist and Fort Myers, Florida native. As a first-generation American born to Chilean parents, he was raised in a bilingual household that valued honesty, hard work, and dedication. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Rebolledo builds strong, trusting relationships with patients and works to ensure each person feels heard, respected, and comfortable.

Dr. Rebolledo earned his bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida before moving to Houston, Texas, where he continued his studies and worked as an oral surgery assistant. He later completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During dental school, he was actively involved in the Hispanic Student Dental Association and participated in volunteer initiatives, including RAM conferences and Give Kids a Smile, reflecting his commitment to community-focused care.

Dr. Rebolledo chose general dentistry for its blend of comprehensive care and hands-on treatment. He has a strong interest in advanced surgical techniques, nitrous sedation, esthetic procedures, and digital dentistry, including 3D printing technology. His approach combines clinical precision with thoughtful planning to support efficient, comfortable, and high-quality care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rebolledo enjoys kayaking, cycling, hiking, and spending time with his family and pets. He is also an avid reader, traveler, tennis player, and sports enthusiast.

Dr. Nicole Viola completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She further pursued her passion for dentistry at Rutgers Dental School, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Graduating with numerous honors, including the prestigious Edward J. III Excellence in Medicine Scholarship, Dr. Viola was also inducted into the esteemed OKU National Honors Society and Alpha Epsilon Lambda Honors Society.

During her internship at Rutgers, Dr. Viola discovered her deep passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This led her to apply and successfully gain acceptance into a four-year residency program at Yale New Haven Hospital. Throughout her training, Dr. Viola acquired expertise in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. She has particular interests in dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants (including All-on-4), pathology, trauma surgery, and orthognathic surgery.

As a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Viola is affiliated with prestigious professional organizations such as the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Driven by her dedication to the field, she actively contributes to the community by working with and teaching GPR residents.

In her leisure time, Dr. Viola indulges in activities such as golf and beach volleyball. She also enjoys traveling and finding moments of relaxation with her husband, Arthur, and their cat, Bailey.

Dr. Alvaro Garcia was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. In 2016, He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Complutense of Madrid. He then pursued further education and earned a Master’s in Oral Implantology from the University of Seville.

With several years of experience as a general dentist, Dr. Garcia dedicated himself to providing comprehensive patient care. Additionally, he took great pleasure in sharing his knowledge as a part-time clinical instructor at the European University Miguel de Cervantes, where he mentored post-graduate students.

Seeking new horizons in his career, Dr. Garcia set his sights on the United States. He attended the Advanced Education of General Dentistry program at the University of Connecticut, where he honed his skills even further. During this time, he discovered his true passion for Endodontics, leading him to pursue specialized training in the field at the University of Connecticut, where he obtained his specialist certificate.

Dr. Garcia is a member of professional organizations, including the American Association of Endodontics and the American Dental Association. Through active involvement in these associations, he remains up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field. He has also published multiple scientific articles about general dentistry and endodontics in some of the top journals in the field, such as the Journal of Endodontics.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Garcia finds joy in his personal life. He cherishes spending time outdoors with his family, enjoying the beautiful Tampa Bay beaches, or having cozy movie nights together.
