Dr. McMillian is happy to be a part of Sage Dental and brings a wealth of experience in comprehensive clinical dentistry, patient care, and treatment planning custom designed to meet each patient’s particular needs. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the West Coast Dental Association.

Over his many years of clinical practice, Dr. McMillian has been a member of many professional organizations that have honed his skills as a clinician, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and the International Association for Orthodontics (IOA). He received his D.M.D. degree and graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where he became a Boston Celtics fan. His undergraduate studies were at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, where he grew up and is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes football fan. He also follows his Alma Mater, The Cincinnati Bearcats.

Although sports is a nice distraction and allows for an easy way to “break the ice” with his patients, Dr. McMillian’s real passion in life revolves around his amazing family and the privilege of being involved in ministry. He is the proud father of three sons and one daughter, and they are all outstanding and accomplished adults. When not enjoying his family and ministry, Dr. McMillian likes to pursue another favorite pastime, wildlife photography. His passion in this area relates to the American bald eagle and all birds of prey.

Dr. Karim Nashed is an accomplished dentist with a diverse range of interests and passions. He earned his dental degree from Ain Shams University in Egypt in 2005, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey in dentistry. Furthering his education, he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2022, solidifying his expertise in the field.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Nashed is an active member of his Coptic Orthodox church, enjoys playing tennis and, doing artwork, and singing in his church choir. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and knows a bit of Italian, Spanish, and Indian.

Dr. Mark Girgis is known for his gentle approach and commitment to creating a comfortable, stress-free experience for every patient. As a general dentist, he believes patient education is the foundation of excellent oral health and takes time to explain treatment options clearly so individuals can make informed decisions. His clinical philosophy centers on conservative, evidence-based dentistry with a focus on long-term results.

Dr. Girgis is dedicated to improving patients’ overall health and confidence through thoughtful, personalized care. He values building lasting relationships and strives to ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. In addition to his clinical work, he volunteers within the community, supporting efforts to expand access to dental care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Girgis enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and exploring new places. He appreciates new experiences and the perspectives they bring, and he carries that same sense of curiosity and attention to detail into his dental practice.

Dr. Nicole Viola completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She further pursued her passion for dentistry at Rutgers Dental School, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Graduating with numerous honors, including the prestigious Edward J. III Excellence in Medicine Scholarship, Dr. Viola was also inducted into the esteemed OKU National Honors Society and Alpha Epsilon Lambda Honors Society.

During her internship at Rutgers, Dr. Viola discovered her deep passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This led her to apply and successfully gain acceptance into a four-year residency program at Yale New Haven Hospital. Throughout her training, Dr. Viola acquired expertise in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. She has particular interests in dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants (including All-on-4), pathology, trauma surgery, and orthognathic surgery.

As a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Viola is affiliated with prestigious professional organizations such as the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Driven by her dedication to the field, she actively contributes to the community by working with and teaching GPR residents.

In her leisure time, Dr. Viola indulges in activities such as golf and beach volleyball. She also enjoys traveling and finding moments of relaxation with her husband, Arthur, and their cat, Bailey.

Dr. Nicole Viola’s warm personality, coupled with her comprehensive training and expertise in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, makes her an exceptional choice for patients seeking compassionate care and outstanding surgical outcomes.

Dr. Terryl Crawford is a board-eligible Endodontist who specializes in Root Canal Therapy and Root Canal Surgery. He employs cutting-edge technologies to ensure a close-to-perfect clinical result, all while exceeding expectations and dispelling many myths surrounding root canals.

Following the completion of a successful enlistment with The United States Marine Corps, Dr. Crawford completed his Bachelor Studies at Florida State University. In 2000, Dr. Crawford graduated with his doctorate from Temple University School of Dentistry and entered the Bronx Lebanon Hospital, General Practice residency (GPR). The GPR was a collaborative program bringing residents and instructors alike from Montefiore Hospital system and Yeshiva University together in an exchange network that allowed residents to rotate through every facet and sub-specialty of Dentistry and General Medicine.

Following this GPR, Dr. Crawford was selected to attend the Graduate Endodontic program at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Crawford received his Masters’s in Dentistry from CWRU in 2004, along with the publishing of his Master’s Thesis, “Antimicrobial Efficacy of Gutta Percha Solvents.”

Striving to exceed expectations, Dr. Crawford attends annual conferences within every facet of Dentistry to provide a comprehensive approach to root canal therapy. Dr. Crawford uses a “TLC” approach in treating every patient. He speaks English and possesses a clinical and working command of Spanish, allowing for barrier-free communication with his Latin patients.

In his free time, Dr. Crawford enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, participating with his children in their sports activities, cooking, and investing.

Dr. Joshua Weinberger is a periodontist who provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. With more than a decade of clinical experience, he focuses on restoring oral health, function, and confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based treatment. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Weinberger values clear communication and works to ensure patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Dr. Weinberger earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Diego before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. During dental school, he was actively involved in serving underserved Hispanic communities in the Los Angeles area. After practicing general dentistry for five years, he pursued advanced specialty training in periodontics at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

His clinical training includes periodontal therapy, dental implant placement, bone grafting, and laser-assisted procedures. Dr. Weinberger uses modern techniques to support minimally invasive treatment, efficient healing, and long-term oral health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Weinberger enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family.
