Dr. Shin Kim is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced training in complex oral surgery and intravenous sedation. Originally from Southern California, Dr. Kim earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles<\/span><\/span> before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry<\/span><\/span>, where he graduated with honors. Following dental school, he served as a Navy dentist through the Health Professions Scholarship Program before completing his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n Dr. Kim has extensive experience in wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, All-on-X procedures, bone grafting, sinus lifts, and facial trauma. During his military service, he proudly cared for Sailors and Marines around the world, including deployment aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower<\/span><\/span>.
