Davie is one of the most unique cities not just in Broward County but all of South Florida. Davie has a very strong western look and feel and it is also where many of South Florida’s equestrian fanatics call home. Davie is also home of the Bergeron Rodeo where cowboys and cowgirls fill the stadium to enjoy the festivities.
Davie is obviously a very cool town that definitely sticks out in Broward County. Unfortunately, Davie’s cool factor is not enough to keep its residents cool during the blistering summer months. The average temperature in Davie during the summer is 85 degrees and you may need repairs if your AC unit is not cooling properly.
