Project We Care

Project We Care (PWC) was founded by Riley Smith, the daughter of Tommy Smith, All Year Cooling’s owner.  PWC is a family based organization which was created to address the specific needs of veterans in the community.  PWC helps veterans by transforming bare apartments into a “home”, creating a sanctuary for them devoid of all the perils of war and a place where they can regroup and embark on a physical and mental healing journey.
